Jacqueline Jimoh
Founder and President of Greatness Reached over Oppression through Wisdom (GROW), an international humanitarian organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through compassion, opportunity, and hope.
The vision for GROW was born during one of the most difficult seasons of Jacqueline’s life. While enduring an intense period of spiritual warfare while living in a haunted house, she refused to allow fear or darkness to define her future. Instead, she chose to answer adversity with love, faith, and purpose.
From that experience came a conviction that every person—regardless of their past, circumstances, race, religion, or nationality—deserves dignity, hope, and the opportunity to rise.
Six years ago, that conviction became Greatness Reached over Oppression through Wisdom (GROW), a movement founded on the belief that love is stronger than hate, compassion is greater than oppression, and wisdom has the power to transform lives. In 2025, GROW officially became a registered nonprofit organization, expanding its ability to serve vulnerable communities both in the United States and around the world.
Today, GROW is building bridges across continents through practical humanitarian initiatives. In Pakistan, the organization is working alongside local partners to help families gain access to fresh groundwater through water pump projects that improve health and daily living, while sponsoring feeding and educational programs in the Pakistani communities. In Nigeria and Uganda, GROW is developing employment initiatives that equip youth and young adults with opportunities to build sustainable futures while strengthening their communities. Also in Nigeria, the development of waterworks and plumbing infrastructure in homes where such is lacking.
To Lift the World;
In the United States, GROW provides outreach and assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness, offering hope, compassion, and support to those facing difficult circumstances.
In Kenya, GROW supports a home and school dedicated to orphaned and abandoned children, helping provide education, safety, nourishment, and the stability every child deserves.
In Haiti, GROW partners with local humanitarian leaders to assist families through community outreach, with a vision of creating opportunities that foster long-term economic growth and self-sufficiency.
Jacqueline’s leadership is guided by a simple yet profound philosophy: lasting change begins when people choose love over division, service over self, and wisdom over oppression. She believes humanitarian work extends beyond meeting immediate needs—it restores dignity, strengthens communities, and plants seeds of hope that can flourish for generations.
Through GROW and its growing network of ambassadors around the world, Jacqueline continues to pursue a vision of a more compassionate and united global community where people work together across cultures, faiths, and borders to uplift one another.
Greatness Reached over Oppression through Wisdom (GROW) has become more than an organization—it is a movement dedicated to reminding the world that our greatest strength is found in our shared humanity, and that when we choose to sow love, we create a future where everyone has the opportunity to GROW.
