Victor and Rkhsana Sharif proudly serve as GROW Ambassadors to Pakistan, representing Greatness Reached over Oppression through Wisdom (GROW) with compassion, humility, and an unwavering commitment to humanitarian service. Through their leadership and dedication, they have become an integral part of GROW’s mission to uplift communities, empower families, and inspire hope throughout Pakistan.
Among their many contributions to the organization, Victor and Rkhsana have helped establish feeding initiatives that provide nutritious meals to vulnerable children and families while also developing educational programs that encourage learning, personal growth, and brighter opportunities for future generations. Their work reflects a deep belief that every child and everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive regardless of circumstance
Victor is also deeply committed to mentoring Pakistan’s youth and young adults, helping them develop healthy relationship dynamics rooted in mutual respect, integrity, compassion, and personal responsibility. Through his guidance, he encourages young men and women to build relationships founded on trust, honor, and understanding, while emphasizing the importance of communication, character, and servant leadership. A central focus of his teaching is the importance of recognizing and upholding the dignity, value, and God-given worth of women, fostering a culture where women are treated with respect, kindness, and honor in their homes, communities, and society.

Their three wonderful children—Veronica, Roshni, and Abraham—actively participate in GROW outreach events, serving alongside their parents with joyful hearts and compassionate spirits. Whether helping distribute food, encouraging children, or participating in community activities, they represent the next generation of servant leaders, demonstrating that Love, generosity, and service are values that begin at home and can positively impact the world.
